The Seattle HIV Vaccine Trials Unit (HVTU) is a program of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and the University of Washington, dedicated to working with the local community to provide HIV vaccine education and research for people interested in fighting HIV.

We are the Legacy Project, part of the HIV Vaccine Trials Network, an organization that is searching for an HIV vaccine. We want to make sure that an HIV vaccine will work for everyone, including people of color who are heavily affected by HIV/AIDS.
